We are so grateful for the opportunity to gather in person again and pleased to be able to host this year's annual Gathering in the eastern U.S., at the request of many Network members.
Sandy Cove will offer our group upgraded lodging and beautiful grounds, great dining options, versatile meeting spaces and the beauty of the changing seasons along the Eastern Seaboard.
Date
This year's Gathering begins with dinner at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening, October 24th and concludes before lunch on Friday morning, October 27th.

Sandy Cove is located just over an hour from either Baltimore (BWI) or Philadelphia (PHL) airports with shuttle service available for participants to arrange and pay for individually.
Shuttle transportation details to follow in the coming weeks.
Costs
Registration
A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required in advance. This fee helps cover travel and lodging expenses for our Cuban guests, honoraria for speakers, conference supplies, web services, and insurance.
Accommodations
- Single occupancy: $635
- Double occupancy: $415 per person
Single or double occupancy includes
3 nights lodging, 8 meals, and meeting expenses.
Please note: Commuters who do not need lodging have two options
- Lunch and dinner only (Wednesday and Thursday) for $110.
- Lunch only ( Wednesday and Thursday) for $70.
Travel
Arrangements and payment for travel to Sandy Cove Conference Center are the responsibility of the attendee.
While we recognize these costs are higher relative to prior venues, prices reflect the current Northeast market for conference facilities.
Payment by Visa, Master Card, or PayPal.
All payments to CPN are refundable until August 24, 2023.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
