Welcome to the Windy City!
This year, we’re back in the Midwest, and will be gathering at the Carmelite Spiritual Center in Darien, Illinois, just a few miles west of the city of Chicago. We're looking forward to seeing you!
For CPN Steering Committee members, this year's Gathering will begin with dinner at 5:00 pm CDT on Wednesday, September 18 and will conclude before lunch on Sunday, September 22.

Location
The Carmelite Spiritual Center is easily accessible from both Chicago O'Hare and Midway international airports.
Costs
Registration
Step 1: Register with your payment of a $150 non-refundable fee. This helps us make arrangements for travel and lodging for guests from Cuba, honoraria for speakers, printing & supplies, web services, interpretation/translation, and insurance.
Accommodations
Step 2: Select your accommodations:

Single occupancy: $645 per person
4 nights lodging, 11 meals

Double occupancy: $490 per person
4 nights lodging, 11 meals

Travel
Booking of and payment for travel to Chicago, and for ground transportation to the Carmelite Center, are the responsibility of the attendee.
Deadlines
Registration deadline: Friday, July 26
Deadline for payment of Accommodations: Friday, August 2
No refunds for accommodations after Friday, August 2.
Please note: Space is limited and accommodations in the Carmelite Center will be allocated in the order in which final payment is received. We strongly encourage you to register and book your accommodations as early as possible to be assured a room.
