Approximately every four years, the IPRC hosts an Encuentro ("Gathering" in English) with CPN in Cuba. This year's Encuentro will take place at the Seminario Evangélico de Teología (SET) in Matanzas.
Dates
Arrival day: October 2
Meeting days: October 3 , 4, and 5
Departure day: October 6
In order to attend, you must have a valid passport, with an expiration date at least six months from your departure date from Cuba.
Deposit
A non-refundable $150 fee for visa processing is required before registration
Deadline
In order to process religious visas, fees and registrations must be received by Friday July 24, 2026. If you're planning to attend, please register as soon as possible. Registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The $150 non-refundable fee must be received before processing your visa can begin. In Step Two, you'll enter your passport
information and register.
